Kids Academy of Sheffield Lake Team

Where the Passion Begins

Our staff provide a great balance of freedom and protection. Our center believes that during the formative years it is very appropriate to give our young ones a sense of self and accomplishment. However, we are watching every move! Our staff are also dedicated to establishing lasting relationships with all of our families. After all, when you enroll here, you become part of our Kids Academy family!

We hire passionate, dedicated and caring teachers who are committed to making a difference in children’s lives.  During all hours of operation a director and/or assistant director is on site. All staff is highly trained and certified in First Aide and CPR. Take a look below to learn more about our team, and reach out with any questions.

Natalie Rodriguez

Owner/Business Manager

As a mother of two, our focus in bringing Kids Academy into the Greater Cleveland area, is in creating an environment where children can grow and feel they are important. Being able to provide a child care facility where our family can feel comfortable in sending our own children to. We want to focus on early childhood education as a base to provide the new generation a foundation to help them be successful in life. With ten years of experience in working with families and children at Positive Education Program, I was able to gain the experience to help families achieve goals and strive for the best. We can't wait to meet all of you interested in our center personally and share our story!
